Here are the questions we are most frequently being asked:
Where do you ship to?
We ship our products free to the UK Mainland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Island.
How long does shipping take?
Dispatch usually takes between 3-7 working days, This can sometimes take longer during busy times.
Who will it arrive by?
We usually send our products via Royal Mail and Parcelforce 48hr.
When will i know when my item has been posted?
We will send you a email confirmation when your item or items have been dispatched.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal, debit and credit card payments through square payment service.
Once you have payed for your item we will send you a confirmation email showing your purchase.
WOOD WE USE
What types of wood do we use?
We us a variety of wood ranging from rough sawn pine to decking boards to structural grade beams to redwood and European oak. They are all responsibly sourced from sustainable forest's.
Do you build to order?
We build all our products to order so there not left around drying out and gathering dust, Please allow 3-7 days after purchase for us to post. In rare case's when really busy this can sometimes take longer.
Do you accept returns?
We currently don't accept returns as these items are bespoke and made to order items.
What if my items are damaged in postage?
If your item or items arrive damaged in postage please contact us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the problem.
What if you want to cancel your order?
If your items haven't been built and you require a refund we will refund the full amount of your purchase.
If your item has already been built and postage label bought we will refund the amount paid for the item excluding the original postage and build cost.
All goods require a signature as proof of delivery.
It is the customers responsibility to be present when deliveries are made. If the customer is not present when goods are delivered, They will be carded and will either have to collect the goods themselves from the depot stated upon the courier card or will need to phone the courier and arrange re delivery. Failure to do so will result in the goods being returned to us.
Once we receive the goods back we will refund the amount paid for the item excluding the original postage costs. If you want it to be resent to you then an additional postage payment equal to the original postage costs will be required before the goods can be redelivered to the customers address.
